JAAR Hot Properties

Hot Properties are properties listed into the Jackson Multiple Listing Service by member REALTORS^® within the last 30 days.

JAAR REALTORS^® that have one or more Hot Property listings are invited to a special meeting to promote up to two of these properties.  Each REALTOR^® at this meeting has 2-3 minutes to speak about the listing. This is a time to let other REALTORS^® know about those special features that are unique to their listing and make that listing unforgettable. It is also a way for REALTORS^® to find that special home or property their buyer is looking for!
