Staff of Jackson Area Association of REALTORS® and
Jackson Multiple Listing Service
The goal of the Association/MLS Office Management is to develop capability for maximum latitude of staff to assure continuity in all operations of the Association/MLS.

Melissa Tee, RCE, Executive Vice President,
Directly responsible to Board of Directors and responsible for the supervision of Association/MLS Staff and operations. The Executive Vice President provides the directors and the members with the most current information on issues and policies, which affect our members and the operation of our organizations, and represents the Jackson Area Association of REALTORS®/JMLS at all local, state and national functions.

Nikki Pickett, Executive Assistant,
Responsible for assisting the EVP with all correspondence, phone contacts, meeting schedules, and any other duties assigned by the EVP. Duties include preparation and production of all association publications, flyers, notices, etc., as well as staff support to several committees and website maintenance. The EA is responsible for assisting with the handling of professional standards procedures and hearings. Responsible for bookkeeping of the JAAR including processing of accounts receivable, bank account reconciliation and records management and audit reports as directed by the EVP.

Linda LaRock, Member & Information Services Consultant,
Responsible for the efficient processing of all listings, changes and sales reported in the MLS. Other responsibilities include book processing, photo processing, confirmation of listings and follow-up regarding sanctions, MLS filing, basic computer training, dissemination of MLS information/books, and various other projects as given by the MIS Manager.

Shannon Harner, e-PRO, Member & Information Services Specialist,
Responsible for assisting new members for both JAAR and JMLS, coordinating orientation, general membership meetings, maintaining membership records, and support staff to membership related committees. Also responsible for maintenance of the KIM lockbox system and assisting members with lockbox system issues.
